For hygiene and quality assurance, we accept returns only for products that are unused, unopened, and sealed in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Because our skincare and fragrance products are personal care items, opened, used, or unsealed products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you experience any issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly work with you to make it right by offering a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
